Man that smeared feces in persons face is finally arrested.

The Bronx man that smeared his poop on someone's face at a subway stop in Bronx NY is finally caught!

Frank Abrokwa, 37, approached a 43-year-old woman who was sitting on a bench on the southbound platform of the Wakefield-241st Street subway station in the Bronx around 5:15 p.m. Monday, Feb. 21 There was all this stuff about him being arrested multiple times before. Arrested then released that easily. Well,  37-year-old guy is facing criminal charges of mischief sexual harassment from another violent incident that happened last weekend. Yea so again released without bail, then he offended again. He has had 20 arrests since 1999. He is finally behind bars.
